Consecutive upload nodes previews show previous file
Description: As a user, after creating a form, with consecutive file upload nodes, when the user goes through the form, the file preview remains from the previous upload node. Expected Behavior: As the file upload nodes are different instances, the preview of the files uploaded should not perssist from one node to the other.
