Change phone number component into a prefix + phone one

Right now, the phone number is actually an input, so you can't control the prefix based on the country selector. We need to have a component that separates prefix and phone number, similarly on how we do it on twilio node. But we need it integrated into form rendering and also style editor Maybe shadcn could be an idea, but at least the country picker dropdown should exist
