State management upgrade

Attached is the markdown of the problem. The summary is that the canvas, style editor and all other internal customer tools are affected by the way the state management is used. The whole form payload is passed everytime. The goal is to have a short term version where we show a proof of concept and then to provide a plan on how to apply it in all other areas.
